Not far from the country road and then down
this gradual incline—suppose a decline—
Jean-Francois and I finally located the cooking school.
It was close to a hot spring, where students could be seen
parboiling their vegetables and then racing back
to the classroom, steam disappearing behind them.
A furrow from so many passages made the way rather
tricky to navigate...
